Eetcafé De Compagnie on the Prinsengracht calls itself the "Sparerib king of Zwartewaterland". The spareribs come in four sizes, from one to three ribs. The menu also features schnitzels, kapsalons, chicken and vegetarian dishes, starters, a daily special and desserts such as the Coupe de Compagnie, plus a junior menu.
