With the survey, the municipality and ROVA want to find out how residents experience waste collection, whether it is clear where they can dispose of their waste, and to what extent they separate waste and raw materials. The municipality and ROVA will use the results to improve ROVA's services.
Residents can fill in the questionnaire online via https://markteffectresearch.nl/rova/. This can also be done by scanning the QR code on the municipality's webpage.
The survey is being carried out by the independent research agency Markteffect. Participation is anonymous.
Residents with questions about the survey can contact ROVA's Customer Contact Centre on (038) 427 37 77, or via www.rova.nl/contact. The customer contact centre can be reached on weekdays from 08:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00.
